Thank you for shopping with Oceangirlgiftsfl. The following is our shipping policy and where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3 business days, except for custom orders. Custom orders shipping and delivery time will be quoted at the time the custom order is place. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on purchases over $100.
Orders below $100 will be charged a calculated rate depending on the weight and size of the items ordered. The cheapest possible method of shipping will be charged.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours,
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Oceangirlgiftsfl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
Oceangirlgiftsfl is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact your local USPS office or UPS to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and goods before making a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping costs for orders outside the US are calculated at checkout.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at oceangirlgiftsfl@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom orders are not eligible to be returned and therefore, not eligible for refund.
